Supplies Needed
Hook 6.5mm
Size 6 super bulky white yarn (43yds/ 50g.) I used Bernat Blanket.
Size 6 super bulky black yarn, Bernat Blanket, for eyes (about 2ft)
Small amount of size 6 super bulky Bernat Blanket-Blush Pink Yarn (about 2 ft)
Poly-Fil Stuffing Stitch
Stitch Markers
Scissors
Yarn Needle
Optional Safety Eyes (Size 12mm)
NOTES
1. Finished Measurement - 4.7”x5.5”
2. Pattern is worked in continuous rounds.
3. Use a stitch marker to mark the beginning of each round.
4. Invisible decrease is used for decrease stitches and yarn under method is used for single crochet stitches
5. You may prefer to use a different yarn or hook size, but just know this will affect the overall size of the ghost.
SPECIAL STICHES
Invisible decrease (dec): Insert hook into front loops of the next two stitches. Yarn over and draw through first two loops. Yarn over and draw through remaining two loops.
SC Bobble: 1.Insert hook into stitch and pull up a loop. Yarn over, pull through one. (This is essentially completing the first half of one single crochet stitch.)
2. Repeat number one and the same stitch/space 5x (you will have a total of 6 loops on your hook.)
3. Yarn over, pull through all 6 loops at once. Proceed to your next st.

Body - 6.5mm Hook
With white super bulky yarn:
R1 - 6 sc into a mc (6)
R2 - inc around (12)
R3 - 1 sc, 1 inc, rep around (18)
R4 - 2 sc, 1 inc, rep around (24)
R5 - 3 sc, 1 inc, rep around (30)
R6 thru 9 - sc around (30)
R10 - 1 bobble, 14 sc, 1 bobble, 14 sc (30)
R11 & 13 - sc around (30)
R14 - All st(s) are in flo. Pm in back loop of your first st. sc, hdc, sc into same st, sl st, rep around
On the last sl st pm in the back loop. Now both the first st and last st of this round have a marker in the back loop. (Placing markers like this will help you find the first and back loops of the round.)
R15 - sc in blo around (30)
R16 - 1 sc, 1 dec, rep around (20)
Stuff with Poly-fil
R17 - dec around (10)
Add any needed poly-fil. Cut a 12” tail and sew in flo around. Gently pull tail to close and weave in remaining tail.
Eyes & blush
Use a 14”-18” strand of black super bulky eight yarn to embroider eyes. Secure safety eyes or embroider between rows 7 and 8.
Using super bulky pink yarn embroider blush between rows 8 and 9 leaving a stitch between the blush and the eye. Loop yarn through 3-4 times for each blush. Weave ends of both eyes and blush through the body 4-5 times, cut, yarn and tuck ends inside the body
